    The annual recital will be held at the Germantown Performing Arts Centre Saturday, May 22.

Studio Rehearsal
    Arlington Studio students - Friday, May 14, 2010
    Cordova Studio students - Saturday, May 15, 2010

Stage Rehearsals - May 12, 19, 20, and/or 21.
    Stage rehearsals are MANDATORY. Younger students and gymnastic students will be assigned to one of the rehearsal days.
   
Costumes
    Since costumes add excitement and a professional quality to our recital, all of our students perform in costume. Costume prices are approximately $45 each. Combination dance classes will have two costumes & other classes will have one per subject. Costume payments will be divided into 2 non-refundable payments due in November and January.

Pictures - Dates to be Announced
    Group pictures will be taken in April for a Recital Program.

    Individual pictures will be taken at the studios. There is no obligation to buy any, but it is a great chance to put on the costumes and see where all the parts go.

Recital Fee
    A non-refundable recital fee is due in March ($50 for one child and $75.00 for two or more). This covers stage rental, scenery, lighting, programs, sound etc. We do not sell tickets or charge admission. You may bring as many people as you wish.

Recital Program
    Ads will be sold for our Recital program book. Selling ads is optional. The student from each studio that raises the most money by selling ads wins a year's tuition scholarship (1 class per week) to JMAD for the 2010-11 season. Information and ad contracts will be available in March.

Reminder
    Please do not schedule vacations between May 15-22, 2010. Each rehearsal is very important and students must be at the stage rehearsal in order to be in the recital. If you have a conflict with any of the rehearsal dates, you must notify Joy in writing before February 1, 2010.
