Recital - May 16, 2009
    The Recital will be held at Germantown Performing Arts Centre.

Studio Rehearsal - May 9, 2009
    All classes (Cordova and Arlington) will practice at the Cordova studio. This rehearsal is mandatory for older students.

Stage Rehearsals - May 6, 13, 14, and 15, 2009
    Stage rehearsals are MANDATORY. Younger students and gymnastic students will be assigned to one of the rehearsal days.

Costumes
    Since costumes add excitement and a professional quality to our recital, all of our students perform in costume. Costume prices are approximately $45 each. Combination classes will have two costumes & other classes will have one per subject. Costume payments will be divided into 2 non-refundable payments due in November and January.

Recital Fee
    A non-refundable recital fee is due in March ($50 for one child and $75.00 for two or more). This covers stage rental, scenery, lighting, programs, sound etc. We do not sell tickets or charge admission. You may bring as many people as you wish.

Reminder
    Please do not schedule vacations between May 9-16, 2009. Each rehearsal is very important and students must be at the stage rehearsal in order to be in the recital. If you have a conflict with any of the rehearsal dates, you must notify Joy in writing before January 1, 2009.
