Registration and Tuition

A $25.00 Registration Fee per family is due at registration.

One class per week	$45/month
Two classes per week	$70/month
Three classes per week	$90/month
Four classes per week	$110/month

Payment Options

Option 1:
Pay the full year's tuition in advance and save 10% (non-refundable).

Option 2:
Sign up for automatic withdrawal for tuition to be withdrawn from your account automatically on the 5^th of every month.

Option 3:
Pay in person every month by cash or check. With this option, May's tuition is due when enrolling. Tuition is due the first lesson of each month, August - May. We do not send monthly statements. A late fee of $10 will be added if tuition is not paid by the 15^th of the month.

Please make your check payable to Joy McDaniel Academy of Dance or JMAD. Please put cash payments in an envelope. Please put your child's name on the check or envelope.
The monthly tuition is averaged out over the entire dance year. The five week months compensate for the three-week months. There is a $10 fee for returned checks.

In the event that a student withdraws from class, notice must be given in writing to the student's teacher or the director before the 5^th of the month in order to receive a refund of May's tuition (if paid by cash or check) only if their is no outstanding balance. If withdrawal is after the 5^th of the month, that month's tuition will already be paid for either from automatic withdrawal or from the May tuition payment made at registration.

Costumes

Recital costumes are approximately $45 each. Combination dance classes will have two costumes & other classes will have one per subject. Costume payments will be divided into 2 non-refundable payments due in November and January.

Recital

A non-refundable recital fee is due in March ($50 for one child and $75 for two or more).
