A $25.00 Registration Fee
per family is due at registration.

Payment Options |
Option 1:
Pay the full year's tuition in advance and save 10%
off of lowest fee schedule (This option is
non-refundable). |
Option 2:
Sign up for automatic withdrawal for tuition to be withdrawn from
your account automatically on the 5th
of every month. |
Option 3:
Pay in person every month by cash, check, or credit card. With this option, May's
tuition is due when enrolling. Tuition is due the first lesson of
each month, August - April. Monthly statements are not sent out. A late
fee of $10 will be added if tuition is not paid by the 15th
of the month. |
Payment Reminders:
*Please make your check payable to
Joy McDaniel Academy of
Dance or JMAD. Please put cash payments in an envelope.
Please put your child's name on the check or envelope.
*The monthly tuition is averaged out over the entire dance
year. The five week months compensate for the three-week months. There is a $15
fee for returned checks or automatic withdrawals.
*If a student withdraws,
a withdrawal form must be filled out and returned to the front desk
before the 5th of the month or you are responsible for
that month's tuition
Costumes
Recital costumes are
approximately $50 each. Combination dance classes will have two costumes &
other classes will have one per subject. Costume payments will be divided into 2
non-refundable payments due in November and February.
Recital
A non-refundable recital fee
is due with the costume balance in February ($50 for one child and $75 for two or more).
